“Renaissance” National Award Ceremony

The main goal of holding the national “Renessans” award is to comprehensively recognize and encourage professionals working in the media sector under the Uzbekistan National Media Association — including journalists, editors, producers, TV and radio hosts, and other creative specialists — for their meaningful contributions to the development of journalism and promotion of information culture in the country. The award aims to acknowledge outstanding achievements in producing high-quality national media content, ensuring accuracy and impartiality in reporting, supporting socially important and culturally educational media projects, and actively promoting the values of the Third Renaissance through the mass media. Furthermore, the “Renessans” award seeks to motivate media professionals toward continuous growth, stimulate innovation and modern approaches in journalism, strengthen communication between the public and the state, and elevate the overall status and reputation of the media industry in Uzbekistan.
