Raxmatjon Umarov Ilxomjon o‘g‘li

Rahmatjon Ilhomjon oglu Umarov was born on June 20, 1992, in Kokand, Fergana region. He holds a higher education degree. In 2015, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry with a bachelor’s degree, and in 2017 he completed his master’s degree at the same institution. In 2019, he earned a master’s degree from SunMoon University (Republic of Korea), and in 2024 he obtained another bachelor’s degree from the Tashkent State University of Economics. His specialties include engineering, economics, and digital analytics. He began his professional career during his student years. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as a marketing specialist at the private company “Laura Peri Fashion.” In 2019, he served as Chief Specialist of the Information and Analytical Department of the World Association of Youth of Uzbekistan. From 2019 to 2020, he headed the department for working with Uzbek youth abroad, and from 2020 to 2021, he served as Chairman of the organization. Between 2021 and 2022, he worked as a Senior Referent in the Monitoring Group of the Parliamentary Information Center of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2022 to 2024, he served as Deputy Head of the center, and from 2024 to 2025, as Head of the Parliamentary Information and Analytical Center. In 2025, he headed the Digital Propaganda Laboratory of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment and also led the department for coordinating projects aimed at shaping a new national mindset. Since April 16, 2026, he has been serving as the General Director of the National Media Association of Uzbekistan.
