He holds a higher education degree. He graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan (Bachelor’s degree) in 2018 and from the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan (Master’s degree) in 2022. His specialization is Information Services and Public Relations. Work Experience: - 2013-2014 – Manager at the editorial office of "O‘zbekiston Matbuoti" magazine. - 2014 – Senior Laboratory Assistant at the Department of Methodology, Editing, and Internet Journalism, Faculty of Journalism, National University of Uzbekistan. - 2014-2018 – Student at the National University of Uzbekistan. - 2018-2019 – Head of the Technical Support for Teaching Department and Head of the Commercialization Department at the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan. - 2019-2020 – Lead Consultant in the Control and Coordination Department of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan. - 2020-2022 – Lead Advisor in the Press Service of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan. - 2022 – First Deputy Director of the National Media Association of Uzbekistan. - Since 2022 – Present – General Director of the National Media Association of Uzbekistan. He is married and has two children.
